We are pleased to announce the hiring of Mrs. Valérie Gilbert, as Director, Manufacturing Operations effective October 20th2014.
In her new role, Valérie will be responsible for production, validation, technical services and supply chain departments. In our matrix structure, Valerie will functionally report to Ward Barney, COO at Jubilant Pharma, as well as Business report to Martyn Coombs, President at Jubilant DraxImage Inc.
Valérie joins Jubilant DraxImage with many years of experience such as Axcan Pharma and Merck Frosst, where she served in various roles in Research, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management and Operations. Her most recent position was Senior Director, Operations at Pharmetics where she led many teams like production, engineering and maintenance, warehouse, technical services and global supply chain.
Valérie holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A from McGill University.
