Jubilant DraxImage Files Citizen Petition with the FDA
Jubilant DraxImage, Inc., a Jubilant Pharma Company, announced today that it filed a citizen petition on April 20, 2015 with the United States federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under docket number FDA-2015-p-1296 at Web link to Docket Number# http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=FDA-2015-P-1296-0001. The citizen petition is a mechanism used to request, among other things, that the FDA take administrative action. Once a citizen petition is filed, interested parties can submit comments to the FDA for review.
